Problem Account Deactivated

So one of my friends, Otaku Emperor attempted to log into their account and found it's deactivated for some reason and attempts to view their user profile says the page doesn't exist.

I talked to them on msn and they checked their email has no way to activate it, and they seem to be able unable to post or send a message to mod as a result; which is why I made this post.
