Problems with Cyberlink splitter

I can't play some mp4 files since I reinstalled Haali media splitter and others things. The video seems to start, but everything stays blank and the time of the video stops to 00:00. In the filter list, there is Cyberlink splitter and Cyberlink Audio decoder which I am sure that they are the problem. On my other computer, the videos plays fine and these filters are not in the list. Does someone knows how I can just remove theses filter? Or disable them.
