Japanese Proxy and videos

I want to watch the official videos on NicoDouga, but as some may know, it has been banned for people out of certain regions (like outside Japan).

I tried a Japanese proxy server
http://www.ijapan.org/blue/
But it can only load the basic page, but not the video itself or the comments.

Is there any way to watch these videos?

(Not sure if I should ask in the tech support section, but it does have to do with technology, so...)
