Saiunkoku's Protectorates are under threaten from all side by the westerner who ready to make them their own colonial protectorate. Even Saiunkoku itself is constantly threaten by westerner demands even by Gunboats diplomacy.
You are a one of "Saiunese", maybe Shuurei or Emperor Ryuuki or any others. You must guide your empire pass of this darkest hour that put the Saiunkoku on the stake of survival or being annex by one of the western powers.
