Sick and Tired of whiny leads...

Does anyone know an anime where the lead isnt a whiny and good for nothing person...

Im currently enjoying:
-One piece
-Fairy Tail
-Kaichou wa maid sama

Animes I enjoyed:
-Kaze no stigma
-Code Geass
-Death note

Any advice would be welcomed:heh: as long as the leads arent the loud, whiny type :twitch:
