Tear-jerking romance manga

And I mean MANGA. One that will make me cry because of the romance between the couple.. Dramatic and sad please! :)

I'm not too bothered about other genres, I guess I would prefer a real-life setting.. I really don't mind yuri/yaoi, in fact, I'm a huge yaoi fangirl ;)
