Currently http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/1630.html has episodes 14/17/18/23, by Nightvision Fansubs, which kinda sucks for anyone wanting to start the series without skipping anything.
Was searching Nyaa and there is a batch up for the first 13 episodes:

I was wondering if we could add it or something.
With that, if some grou pever does 15/16, a 1-18 batch could be made.
Also the tracker doesn't appear to have a discussion thread on the forums linked. I searched and couldn't find one so I made one at http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=111315 if a mod could add it. It seems interesting and worth talking about.
