Currently the tracker page http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/1780.html has episodes 11-19 up.
The first 10 episodes have a batch (also by Takara, who did 11-19) at http://www.nyaa.eu/?page=torrentinfo&tid=210428 to replace the earlier ones due to lack of seeding.
Hopefully we might see an 11-20 in the future. 1-10 is very well seeded, I completed it in a couple hours just now, going to start the series.
Also I noticed we lack a forum thread for discussing the show so I made one at http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=111171 if it'd be okay to link it.
I already got Takarajima so will check for 20 and next batch by the time I catch up.
