Proposal Rendering Request Thread

I'm not quite sure if this has been proposed before but, here goes..

well, I've seen a couple of rendering requests on the Signature Request Thread (even I've done asked for them quite a few times now)

but I fear it wasn't the right place to request to render an image as it's a thread for requesting signatures

I was just thinking of having this on the fan-art section as well with the same mechanics as the Avatar/Signature request threads so that it would separate non-sig/non-avy related requests but still in-need of help from graphic artists. Thank you for listening :heh:
