Any way to stop viruses while on Mangafox?

Just wondering,

Whenever I browse around Mangafox especially on Firefox I get about 5 infect messages each time.

It appears that one of MF's advertisers is a virus producer (Or a Malware one)

Any recommendations on what to run on Firefox so I can stop it (Beyond my antivirus)
