I am having a strange problem with Media Player Classic; Home Cinema.
I don't know why it started it just happened a week back or so.
The problem;
When I open a video file the program goes full screen right away, I see my mouse but if I move down I don't see the timeline anymore. If I right click no menu pops up. If I press Esc then it doesn't go to the normal windowed screen. If the video ends the screens stays black. I can't alt+tab out of it, it will remain on top.
What I tried;
I tried reinstalling CCCP, reinstalled Media Player Classic; Home Cinema.
I checked the settings, it is not set to Launch files to full screen.
Uninstalled CCCP and only installed MPC;HC and it does the exact same thing.
System;
Windows 7 64bit.
Edit;
I thought I had tried every thing but I found the solution. I had updated MPC;HC to the another version.
Seemingly that was what caused it to glitch I think because the version coming with CCCP seems to work fine now.
