An anime adaptation of doujin circle Rui-tomos manga 「!!」 has been green-lit for production. The anime, entitled 「Gokicha!! Cockroach Girls」, will be shown on mobile phones. It will be produced by MOVIC.
The 「!!」 doujin manga is about a moe anthropomorphized cockroach girl named Gokicha who had just moved from Hokkaido and tries very hard to befriend humans. It was originally released at Comiket 77 in December 2009. The second doujin, entitled 「!!!」, was made available at Comiket 78 in August 2010.
