I bought a new in-shrinkwrap copy of photoshop CS3 off of ebay.
My da installed it for me, and it opened for me today but the activation isn't working. I put in the serial number in and it worked but it won't activate. i tried it both online and over the phone, and it's not working.
what might be the problem?
