Younger girl having crush on older guy

I'm looking for manga or anime in which young girl, around middle or high schol, have crush on older male. It doesn't have to be in center of plot of whole manga, but it would be good if it was covered in at least few chapters.

Also, they don't have to end up with each other. Even implications that girl loves him, is jealous of other girls or is annoyed that guy doesn't notice her, etc. are fine. However, if they will end up together, that's fine too.
Also, no hentai. Ecchi is okay tho.
