Harem and/or Domgirl-subguy

Hello all, was hoping i could get some help finding a good pair of manga/animes, not entirely sure how to describe them

well first off, I'm looking for a harem (girls after a guy) somewhat like rosario+vampire, but something a little bit more serious toned

second off i was looking for a manga/anime with a relationship between a girl or girls and a single guy with the girl(s) being the dominating older one(s) wanting the guy, and the guy being the sub younger uneasy shy one being attracted to her, like the mood set in kissxsis

i'm not opposed to older guy younger girl but the girl has to remain the dominant


for either of em, i actually prefer longer mangas as opposed to short ones, i am not opposed to hentai and i am not opposed to incest (like that of kissxsis, blood related or not) im open to both

please help me :O
