Rightclick customizations

Hey guys, I was just wondering how I can delete some of the options when I right-click on a folder.

I have an option from alltoavi, but I want to remove it.

I've gone into regedit and deleted it from there, but it's still there when I right-click a file/folder.

Am I doing it wrong, or is there any other way?
