Outstanding romantic characters

Well, I have just finished watching toradora which happens to be the reason why i'm looking for the next anime based on this one character. Not sure if you guys have seen it or not , but even if you haven't i would like to explain to you what type of character i would like to see.
First of all, romance is a big thing [a must] and this character HAS to have a good-ending romantically, unlike kushieda(minorin) from toradora.

I'm looking for a character that is simply based just like Minorin.
The type of characteristics she has :
smart, charismatic, outgoing, spontaneous, hard-working, had a funny sense of humor, an athlete, mature, considerate, and so on.

The character doesn't have to have all, but the main ones , charismatic/outgoing/spontaneous. I'm actually really upset at the outcome of toradora that i'm willing to look past it and find an anime related to the character that should of ended up with the main protagonist.

Also, if possible have a relevancy of the art-work. I wouldn't really want to see some flippy-floppy art work. Although i can live with it , haha. (Refer to avatar(its minorin) haha, its great)
