So a couple hours ago i ran into this one recently released sniper game, Alpha Sniper on the Itunes store.

Now go play this neat little JP flash game called Material Sniper.
Notice the exact same UI, graphics and use of the Material Snipers main character (Iris) in Alpha Sniper with little mention of Material Sniper's creator, TANAKA U or his website nextframe.jp at all.

What do you guys think? Do we have a genuine case of plagirism on our hands here? If so what can we do? It's obvious the dude's probably making money off this and that ain't right.
